Ebooks overview

St. Mary's College of Maryland students, faculty, and staff have access to over 20,000 ebooks. These ebooks come from a variety of vendors and publishers, and have different looks to them.

As a USMAI member library, our students, faculty, and staff have access to ~ 20,000 ebooks through the ProQuest Ebook Central platform.

OverDrive is a platform where you can check out and download certain ebooks and audiobooks. You can read and listen to these books on your computer or on your mobile device.

The library has six Kindles that are pre-loaded with over 150 ebooks. Current students, faculty, and staff can check out these Kindles from the library circulation desk.
