Nielson Norman Group
Founded in 1998, NN/g is the result of the combined vision and expertise of Don Norman and Jakob Nielsen. Together, they set out to 'improve the everyday experience of using technology'. NN/g performs UX research and education and is one of the oldest sources of online articles (over 1,000), UX books, conferences, courses and certifications in the industry.

Provides overviews of the user-centered design process and various UX disciplines. Usability.gov also covers the related information on methodology and tools for making digital content more usable and useful. The site is managed by the Digital Communications Division in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs
