Founded in 1998, NN/g is the result of the combined vision and expertise of Don Norman and Jakob Nielsen. Together, they set out to 'improve the everyday experience of using technology'. NN/g performs UX research and education and is one of the oldest sources of online articles (over 1,000), UX books, conferences, courses and certifications in the industry.
